Berin Boracic
Founder of 4 GREEN PLANET
In 2019, Berin “Bora” Boracic and his brother Belmin Boracic founded 4 Green Planet (4GP) in Orlando, Florida, with a simple but powerful mission—to keep communities cleaner, properties more valuable, and lives easier. Living in a leasing community, Bora realized that the key to a happy, respectful neighborhood was well-maintained common areas that residents could take pride in. That insight sparked the idea for 4GP, a company built on dependability, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to service.
But the foundation of 4GP was laid long before the company was ever created. As an All-American soccer player at Lees-McRae College, Bora led his team to multiple championships, national rankings, and an NCAA runner-up finish. His career was built on teamwork, integrity, excellence, and a passion for winning—values that continue to drive 4GP every day.
In 2024, 4GP entered a new phase of growth as Bora brought on some of his former teammates from Lees-McRae to help scale the company:
